Aurembelle is an oversized turtleneck sweater worked in a dense, chunky ribbed knit that holds warmth without weight. The wide cowl neck folds softly at the throat and can be worn loose or drawn a little higher, while the relaxed body and slightly dropped shoulder line allow easy movement over a shirt or a fine tee. Long sleeves finish in ribbed cuffs closed by a short row of antique-finish buttons, the single ornament on an otherwise plain form. Aveloire intends it for cold, bright days spent outdoors and for the long afternoons that follow, worn with straight trousers and a long coat.
