Éloy is knitted entirely from pure wool, a fine-gauge yarn with a soft, even hand that follows the body without stiffness. The high ribbed roll neck orders the line of the throat and remains the only pronounced detail of the piece. A regular cut leaves room to move, so the sweater reads as easily under a jacket as it does worn on its own. The smooth, unpatterned surface of the knit carries nothing to distract from it — a garment that settles an outfit rather than leading it.
