Gervais is a men's quarter zip sweater knitted from a wool-led yarn — between 76 and 80 percent wool — with the weight and recovery to carry a full season. A cable knit runs the length of the front, drawing clear, sculptural lines through a mid-weight fabric that holds its shape. The mock neck rises to a short stand collar fastened by a zip, so the neckline opens or closes as the weather asks. Cut close to the body without pulling at the shoulder, Gervais reads equally well over a shirt beneath a coat or worn on its own. Aveloire keeps the detailing restrained, letting the yarn and the stitch do the talking.
