The shell is densely woven with a solid, substantial hand, and the soft insulating fill carries warmth through a long day without weight. A stand collar edged in brushed corduroy lifts the neckline, and it detaches when the jacket should read plainer; below it, a single-breasted zip runs beneath a snap-fastened placket. Geometric quilting gives Aveloire's version its quiet structure, and the pockets sit where hands actually go.
